Chamomile






Chamomile or Camomile is a common name for several daisy - like pllants. These plants are best know for thheir ability to be made into a tea which is commonly used to help with sleep and is often served with eother honney or lemon. Chrsin, a specific flovonoid found in chamomile, has been show to be anxilytic in rodents and is believed to be at partially responsible for chomomile's reputation as a sleep aid. Chamomile is the national flower of Russia. It is know to reduce stress.




Medicinal and alternative therapy uses


Prelimnary research suggests chomomile is an effective therapy for anxity. In Russai, chamomile tea is used for stomach trouble and muscle aches as well as the usual anxity and sllepleness.
